The GIHD Virtual Training Programme gives graduates a chance to build practical mental health skills to support adolescent mental health through EASE. EASE is a group psychological intervention for young adolescents facing psychosocial distress.
In this self-paced training programme, you'll learn how EASE's core skills are applied, understand how it's delivered by trained facilitators, and get exposure to community-based mental health work, with continuous guidance from the GIHD team.
