Terms, conditions, information governance, and media consent for delegates, speakers, participants, and partner organizations attending the Pakistan Global Mental Health Summit 2026.
By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the following:
Application review, official confirmation, and participant communication
I understand that submitting this form does not automatically guarantee attendance at the Pakistan Global Mental Health Summit 2026. Registration is subject to review and confirmation by the Scientific and Organizing Committee.
I understand that the organizers may contact me using the information provided to confirm my registration and to share important information about the Summit.
Data collection, coordination purposes, and privacy protection
I consent to the collection and use of the information provided in this form for purposes related to the planning, administration, coordination, and delivery of the Pakistan Global Mental Health Summit 2026.
This may include contacting me regarding my registration, programme updates, venue information, schedule changes, accessibility or logistical arrangements, and other essential Summit communications.
My information will not be used for unrelated purposes without my consent, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
Audiovisual capture, institutional dissemination, and consent terms
I understand that the Pakistan Global Mental Health Summit 2026 and related activities may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded by or on behalf of the Summit organizers, host organizations, strategic partners, participating organizations, appointed photographers, videographers, media representatives, or other authorized personnel.
I understand that media capture may take place throughout the Summit, including during plenary sessions, panel discussions, workshops, networking activities, cultural activities, exhibitions, award or competition activities, and other official Summit events.
By providing consent, I grant the Summit organizers and participating partner organizations permission to capture and use my photograph, image, likeness, voice, statements, or other audiovisual recordings in which I may appear for legitimate purposes related to the Summit and associated mental health initiatives.
This may include:
I understand that photographs and recordings may be edited, cropped, captioned, reproduced, published, displayed, distributed, or incorporated into other Summit-related materials, provided that they are used for legitimate purposes consistent with the objectives of the Summit and related mental health initiatives.
I understand that materials containing my image, voice, or likeness may be made publicly available and may be viewed, downloaded, shared, reposted, or otherwise circulated by members of the public through websites, social media platforms, news media, publications, or other communication channels.
I acknowledge that once material has been published online or shared publicly, the Summit organizers may not be able to control or prevent further sharing, downloading, copying, or redistribution by third parties.
I understand that such materials may remain available online or in organizational archives after the conclusion of the Pakistan Global Mental Health Summit 2026.
I understand that, during a large public event, I may appear incidentally in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, or other media captured during sessions or activities in which I am participating or present.
Where possible, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to identify areas or activities where photography or recording is taking place and to communicate this to participants.
I understand that my attendance at the Summit does not necessarily mean that every photograph or recording in which I appear will be individually presented to me for approval before publication.
I understand that participation in a specific interview, testimonial, filmed discussion, personal story, youth-led activity, or other media feature may involve additional recording and may be used for communications, reporting, advocacy, or educational purposes.
Where my contribution is specifically requested for an interview, testimonial, personal story, or other identifiable media feature, I understand that the organizers may provide additional information and, where appropriate, request separate consent before publication.
I understand that I am not required to participate in interviews, testimonials, or other optional media activities as a condition of attending the Summit.
I understand that certain Summit sessions or activities may be livestreamed or recorded for online audiences. If I participate in a session that is identified as being livestreamed or recorded, my image, voice, or contributions may be captured as part of that broadcast or recording.
I understand that livestreamed or recorded content may be viewed by audiences beyond those physically attending the Summit and may remain available online after the event.
Where appropriate, my name, professional affiliation, role, or other information that I have voluntarily provided as part of my Summit participation may be included alongside photographs, recordings, quotations, or other event-related materials.
I understand that the organizers will seek to avoid publishing unnecessary personal information alongside media content and will use participant information for legitimate Summit-related purposes.
I understand that the permission provided under this section is intended for non-commercial, Summit-related, educational, research, advocacy, public awareness, documentation, and communications purposes.
My image or recording will not be knowingly licensed or sold as a standalone commercial product without obtaining additional permission where required.
I understand that I may contact the Summit organizers if I have concerns about the use of my photograph, video, audio recording, or other media in which I am identifiable.
I understand that withdrawing consent does not require the organizers to recall, remove, or alter materials that have already been printed, published, broadcast, distributed, archived, or otherwise lawfully used before the withdrawal request was received, or materials that cannot reasonably be retrieved or removed from third-party platforms.
Where reasonably practicable, the organizers will consider requests relating to future use of identifiable media on a case-by-case basis.
By providing consent, I confirm that I have read and understood this section and agree to the collection and use of my image, likeness, voice, and audiovisual recordings for the purposes described above.
Voluntary contributions, confidentiality, and psychological safety
If I voluntarily share personal experiences, opinions, or stories during the Summit or related activities, I understand that I should only share information that I am comfortable sharing in a group or public setting.
I understand that participation in discussions does not require me to disclose personal, confidential, or sensitive information.
Where a personal story, testimonial, interview, or other lived-experience contribution is specifically intended for publication or media use beyond ordinary event documentation, separate consent may be requested where appropriate.
Accommodations, special arrangements, and logistical support
I understand that I may use the registration form to inform the Organizing Committee of any accessibility, dietary, mobility, communication, or other requirements that may help support my participation.
I understand that the organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these needs, subject to venue, safety, accessibility, and logistical limitations.
Programme adjustments, speaker confirmations, and venue arrangements
I understand that the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Summit programme and arrangements where necessary. This may include changes to speakers, sessions, timings, venues, formats, or other logistical arrangements.
Every reasonable effort will be made to communicate significant changes to registered delegates in a timely manner.
I understand that the organizers cannot guarantee the participation of any particular speaker, session, or programme component. Where reasonably necessary, programme changes will not constitute grounds for a claim against the organizers.
Declaration of accuracy and official contact pathways
By submitting this form, I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge and that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions.
I understand that I may contact the Summit organizers if I have questions about registration, participation, accessibility, media use, or these terms.
