A focused session introducing outcomes-based financing (OBF) and its potential to shift investment in youth mental health from funding activities to financing measurable outcomes and impact.

The session will explore the feasibility and potential applications of OBF in Pakistan, followed by a stakeholder discussion on priority outcomes, measurement, data requirements, partnerships and practical pathways for implementation.

An arts-based participatory workshop bringing together policymakers, people with lived experience, mental health professionals and researchers in experiencing the effects of trauma on youth mental health at personal, interpersonal and community levels. This workshop emphasizes trauma-informed access to care, decision-making, services and policies for Youth Mental Health.

The workshop will conclude with practical recommendations for strengthening lived-experience participation and leadership in mental health systems through a trauma-informed lens, with key messages to inform the Summit discussions. The workshop acts as a sensitization primer for the entire Summit for participants.
