Register to Attend
Participation in the Pakistan Global Mental Health Summit 2026 is subject to registration and confirmation by the Summit Secretariat. Interested participants are invited to complete the online registration form.

Complete the online registration form with your personal, professional, institutional and contact information.

2. Registration review
Submitted registrations will be reviewed systematically by the Summit Secretariat and Organizing Committee.

3. Registration approval
Selected participants will receive an official registration approval and confirmation email with delegate details.

4. Bring your confirmation
Approved participants should keep their official confirmation email readily available on their mobile phone or in printed form.

5. On-site verification
Registration confirmation will be verified at the entrance desk before summit access and delegate badges are issued.
Important Notice Regarding Attendance
Submission of the registration form does not automatically confirm participation. Attendance is confirmed only after receiving an official approval email from the Summit Secretariat.

International Travel
Visa Information
Travelling to Pakistan from Overseas. International participants should check the visa requirements applicable to their nationality well in advance of travel.
Pakistan Online Visa System
Pakistan processes all visa applications through its official Pakistan Online Visa System (NADRA). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that visa applications are handled online rather than through manual applications.
Pakistan's e-Visa categories include Conference / Seminar / Other, alongside tourist, business and diplomatic visa categories.
Before Applying – Key Checklist
International delegates are strongly advised to prepare early:
Check the specific visa requirements for your nationality.
Select the appropriate visa category (Conference/Seminar/Other).
Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.
Prepare a recent digital photograph and required supporting documents.
Provide accurate arrival and departure flight details.
Apply sufficiently in advance of the Summit.
Travel only after receiving the official visa approval.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Advisory
Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises applicants not to make firm non-refundable travel arrangements before obtaining their visa because processing times may vary.
Visa Support Letter
Where required, confirmed international participants may contact the Summit Secretariat to request supporting documentation for their visa application. Please note: An invitation or participation letter does not guarantee the issuance of a visa. Visa decisions remain the exclusive responsibility of the Government of Pakistan authorities.
Arrival Logistics
Getting to Islamabad
Islamabad International Airport is the primary international gateway serving Islamabad and the surrounding region, managed by the Pakistan Airports Authority.
Islamabad International Airport
International delegates should normally fly into Islamabad International Airport (ISB).
After immigration and baggage collection, passengers can access authorised taxis, car rental counters and ground transportation directly from the arrivals terminal.
Average travel time between Islamabad International Airport and Islamabad Serena Hotel (G-5/1) is approximately 35–45 minutes via the Srinagar Highway.
Airport Transfers
1. Hotel Transfer: International delegates staying at Islamabad Serena Hotel may contact the hotel in advance regarding airport transfer arrangements. Serena Hotels provides airport transfers on request.
2. Airport Taxi: Air-conditioned radio taxis and authorised airport car services operate from the airport around the clock.
Recommendation: For international visitors unfamiliar with the city, we recommend arranging a hotel airport transfer in advance or using an authorised airport taxi service from the terminal desk.
