Our training programmess are informed by the latest research that recommend early interventions across the life course to optimize human development and promote well-being. All courses use apprenticeship approach to build capacity for providing and supervising public health interventions in low resource setting.  This refers to direct didactic training by our faculty followed by supervised implementation by the participants. In some cases, this training/supervision is done from a distance-meeting weekly with supervisors by phone or Skype or on the ground supervision with local therapy supervisors depending on the previous experience and training of the participants.
- [Research-led Teaching Certificate Courses](https://gihd.edu.pk/research-led-teaching-certificate-courses/): GIHD currently offers 6-month professional certificate training programmes in public health and research methods. Drawing upon our latest research, the modules have been developed through an extensive consultative process involving international and national experts and trainers. In each certificate course, blended learning methodology will be applied i.e. participants will be able to learn through a combination of online courses (e- learning) and in-person teaching/training. Participants will be introduced to key concepts and a data set/practice site to be used as a worked example throughout that course.
